Beautifully remodeled home! 1370 sqft home in Sun City West 55+ Community. This is luxury living at its finest. 2 bed/ 2 bath home with new flooring, cabinets, appliances and furnishings. Flat screen TV in Living Room, free WiFi, Washer/Dryer, eat in kitchen and dining room. Huge covered patio with dining table and sitting area.
Our vacation rental is located in Sun City West, (approximately 30 miles NWW of Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport).
THIS PROPERTY
Mstr Bedroom: Queen Bed, His and Hers closets, double sinks and large shower.
Guest Bedroom: 1 Double/Full bed and large closet
Front and back patios for relaxing and viewing sun sets and sun rises.
No Pets allowed during your stay or visiting.
No Smoking inside home or outside the house on the property. No one that smokes. Otherwise additional cleaning fees will be charged..
Maximum # of 4 adult (two couples).
Sun City West offers seven 18 hole golf courses.
We do have a Ring Security camera outside the front of the home.

Summary: Everything about this property is wonderful; it was the best VRBO we have stayed at. It is clean, modern, uncluttered, and located in quiet neighborhood. The property owner responded quickly to our questions and was pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend this property and intend to stay again.
